These Subscription Terms cover Collector Pro, the optional paid plan for Retro Collection Index. They form part of our Terms of Service. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

1. Plans

Collector Pro is offered as a monthly or an annual subscription. The price, currency and billing period are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm: on the Collector Pro page on the website, or in the store's purchase sheet in the iOS and Android apps. Prices in the apps are set in your store's currency and may differ from the website. Taxes may be added depending on where you live.

We do not currently offer free trials on the website. If an App Store or Google Play offer includes a trial or introductory price, the store shows its terms before you confirm.

The free plan remains available without a subscription.

2. Automatic renewal

Collector Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period — every month for a monthly plan, every year for an annual plan — and you are charged the then-current price for the same period, until you cancel. You agree to this when you confirm the purchase.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Collector Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Where you subscribed How to cancel
Website Sign in, open the Collector Pro upgrade page and choose Manage billing. That opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel.
iPhone or iPad (App Store) Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Retro Collection Index → Cancel Subscription
Android (Google Play) Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Retro Collection Index → Cancel

We can only cancel a website subscription. We cannot cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google, and deleting your Retro Collection Index account does not cancel a store subscription — cancel it in the store first. Deleting your account does stop a website subscription from renewing.

If you cannot cancel for any reason, email support@retrocollectionindex.com and we will cancel a website subscription for you or explain how to cancel a store one.

4. Price changes

We may change the price of a plan. We will tell you before a new price applies to your subscription, by email for website subscriptions and through the store for store subscriptions, which may also ask you to agree. A new price takes effect from your next renewal after the notice. If you do not want to pay it, cancel before that renewal.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe or the store may retry it. While it is unpaid we may pause Collector Pro features; your collection and free-plan features are not affected. If payment is not resolved, the subscription ends.

6. One subscription, any platform

A Collector Pro subscription bought on any platform unlocks Collector Pro on your account everywhere you sign in. If you subscribe on more than one platform you will be billed by each; cancel the one you do not want.

7. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: website purchases are handled by us through Stripe; App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded only by Apple or Google under their own policies.

8. When a subscription ends

When Collector Pro ends — because you cancelled, a payment failed or it was refunded — your account returns to the free plan. Your collection data is not deleted because a subscription ends.
