How a refund works depends on where you bought Collector Pro. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and Subscription Terms.
Bought on the website (Stripe)
Website subscriptions are billed by us through Stripe.
- When you cancel, the subscription stops renewing and you keep Collector Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
- We do not provide refunds for partial periods, except where the law requires it or at our discretion.
- If you believe you were charged in error — for example a renewal you had already cancelled, or a duplicate charge — email support@retrocollectionindex.com from your account's email address with the date and amount. We will look into it and, if the charge was a mistake, refund it to the original payment method through Stripe.
- Nothing in this policy limits a right to a refund or cancellation that the law where you live gives you.
Bought in the iOS app (Apple App Store)
Apple bills App Store subscriptions, and only Apple can issue a refund for them. We cannot refund, or see your payment details for, an App Store purchase. To ask Apple for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID, or follow Apple's instructions at support.apple.com/118223.
Bought in the Android app (Google Play)
Google Play bills Android subscriptions and its refund policies apply. Request a refund through Google Play, following Google's instructions. We do not issue refunds for Google Play purchases from our side.
After a refund
When a payment is refunded or reversed (including a chargeback), Collector Pro for that payment ends. Your collection and free-plan features are not affected.
